well, its been another 3-4 weeks and i wanted to let you all know that i don't really have anything to update everyone on.

also, i don't really have any new thoughts or emotions percolating. i think i need to avoid government/terrorist fiction books for awhile and get into some john eldridge, or maybe some teachings of jesus.

until i get a epiphany.....

yee haw, i'm an emergent postmodern! just as i suspected!!! :)

You scored as Emergent/Postmodern. You are Emergent/Postmodern in your theology. You feel alienated from older forms of church, you don't think they connect to modern culture very well. No one knows the whole truth about God, and we have much to learn from each other, and so learning takes place in dialogue. Evangelism should take place in relationships rather than through crusades and altar-calls. People are interested in spirituality and want to ask questions, so the church should help them to do this.

life lately seems to be one awkward and difficult situation that stumbles upon another.
then there are these glimmers of eden, these chances we get to see god in each other, and somehow life is so much bigger than my discomfort.
i so value those in my life who remind me to see the eternal in others.

i hate schoolwork.
it used to be fun, now it just makes life harder.
if anyone wants to convince me to stay in or drop out of school, please write away.
